How often should loading bays and parking stalls be degreased?
It depends on traffic and what drips. Drive-thru lanes and busy loading bays can build visible stains within weeks, so they may need degreasing quarterly. Lower-traffic stalls and shop floors may only need an annual treatment. Treating fresh spills early is easier than removing oil that has sat in the concrete for years.

Can every oil stain be removed completely?
Not always. Fresh spills usually lift fully, while oil that has soaked into bare concrete for years may leave a lighter shadow. We treat a test patch first where needed and tell you what result to expect before we quote the full area.
How is degreasing different from pressure washing?
Pressure washing removes dirt, gum and grime from surfaces. Degreasing adds chemical treatment, dwell time, agitation and hot water to break down oil and grease. For general sidewalk and entrance cleaning, commercial pressure washing is usually the better fit.
Do you remove tire marks from warehouse floors?
Yes. Forklift and vehicle tire marks on sealed or bare concrete are treated with a suitable degreaser and scrubbed or pressure cleaned depending on the floor and whether water can be used indoors. We confirm the method during the walkthrough.
How do you handle oily wash water?
